BREWERY, AND OTHER HERITABLE SUBJECTS, IN HAMILTON, FOR SALE.

To be Sold, by Public Roup, within the Commercial Inn (Henderson's), Hamilton, upon Thursday the 13th day of December next, at One o'clock P.M., in virtue of the powers contained in a Bond and Disposition in Security,

The following SUBJECTS, all as presently possessed by Mr. James Forrest and his Tenants:-

1st, ALL and WHOLE these Fifty-nine Falls of GROUND or thereby, on which David Masterton, Brewer in Hamilton, erected a Brewery and other Erections thereon, now called Brandon Brewery, together with the said Brewery itself and the Fixtures therein: bounded, the said Piece of Ground, on the East by the Gardens of James Murray, tailor in Hamilton, and James and John Scott, residing there; on the South by the Rivulet which flows from Butterburn, past the Duke of Hamilton's Quarry; on the West by the public Road leading to said Quarry; and on the North by part of the Ground, now or formerly belonging to William Henderson, builder in Hamilton.

2d, ALL and WHOLE that PIECE of LAND, consisting of Two Roods, Nineteen Falls, and Eight Tenth parts of a Fall, or thereby, with the whole HOUSES built thereon, bounded on the South-East and South-West by the Road leading from Hamilton to the Bents and Old Mill; on the North-West by the Lands belonging to John Hamilton; and on the North-East, partly by the Garden formerly belonging to John Wingfield, and partly by the said John Hamilton's Ground; all lying within the territory of the Burgh of Hamilton and Shire of Lanark.
